Salvation Army’s Garbage Bag Gala 2019
Every year, the Salvation Army hosts an event called the Garbage Bag Gala with the sole purpose to raise money for single mothers and women who are head of households and who are struggling to make ends meet. The money often goes to after-school care systems, fitness and club activities, prayer and bible studies and food drives, especially on holidays.
Nancy has taken part of this event for the past two years but this year was different. She was asked to be the show director. Never turning down an opportunity to help others, Nancy accepted the job of helping to organize the show and the other designers while creating five more looks of her own.
